How come this man manages to put on his pants without using his hands and take note he is holding a baby?

Nathan Chartrand, a 23 year old father from Lakeland, Florida, has his way of putting his pant without his hands. His wife Sarah took him a video while he was carrying his baby. He swayed several times, glided from one place to another but luckily he made it.
